uniTender Billing, Invoicing, Tax and Payment Information:
| Tax Info | uniTender invoices from Portugal's - EU legal tax jurisdiction. Prices do not include 23% VAT Tax. Depending on your tax jurisdiction a VAT Tax exemption may be applicable. VAT Tax exemption is automated for EU member states transactions. If you believe your fiscal jurisdiction is exempt from VAT you may apply for exemption contacting us. |

| Invoicing | Whenever a payment is made, an Pro-forma invoice is generated automaticaly. Within 7 days, the definitive legal invoice is made available on your uniTender backoffice. If your fiscal autorithy requires special documentation for foreign service invoicing, please contact us. |
| Post-paid Plans | Post-paid Plans applications are subject to pre-approval at uniTender's discretion. In post-paid, invoices are generated before the payment, and should be paid within 30 days of issue date. |
| Recurrent Billing | For recurrent billing plans, credit card information is required. To ensure your information is secure, we do not store credit card information online. All transactions are performed offline. |
